What is digital print
Digital printing is a method of printing from a digital based-image to a variety of media.
How it works.
Digital print assembles images ready for print which are captured from pixels and the digitalised image is then used to control the ink, toner and exposure to replicate the image to be printed. Digital print is ideal for producing small run orders as there is less set up cost than traditional screen printing. It allows for on-demand printing, quick turnaround time and changes to the image such as variable data. We use the modern methods of digital printing to produce nameplates, plaques, office signs, control panels and industrial labels which cannot be produced with traditional print processes.
Capabilities
Our Mimaki machines, which are the most durable and reliable available, allow us to provide nameplates, plaques and control panels in full colour:
* One wide format digital print machine – capable of prints 600mm wide.
* One flat bed digital print machine with a bed size of 600mm x 420mm and a working height of 153mm.
