By utilising our many different processes, Brunel Engraving Company have become specialists in component marking.

This latest case study was a request by an international company to engrave English translations onto Aluminium components.

The task was made that much more difficult due to the varying size and weight of the items. Specialist parts had to be manufactured to accommodate the varying depths of up to 120mm.

The overall diameter of the rims, ranged from 350mm to 600mm and the weight of some were up to 30kg’s, something most engravers would not be able to accommodate.

Working from cad drawings, all items were successfully engraved around an arc to match the existing German text.
