We are thrilled to have provided LGH with these industrial serial disc plates (using the chemical etching process) that they have required to use across their fleet of lifting equipment.
We produced over 70 discs which ranged from a 110mm to 195mm diameter. These items were produced in a 316 stainless steel and a DP1 finish with a durable black paint infill. Once the engraving had been etched, we used laser cutting capabilites to cut the discs to shape. An efficient process that we are now able to offer since we invested in laser cutting technology.
